There were some great results for club swimmers at the South East Regional Long Course Champs held at Crawley in January. This meet traditionally attracts a large number of swimmers from the South East region and beyond, and is held over two days. It was Ellie’s first time competing for the club and she came away with two golds; one in the 800m freestyle and another in the 400m, both in club age-group record times. Janet and Jessica both swimming the longer freestyle events, came away with three golds and a silver each, whilst Mark, swam in all four 50m races and came away with two bronzes, a fourth and an eighth.
