Dear All,

There is finally some positive news and we are hoping that club sessions will be restarting from Monday 17th May. The following club sessions will be run from this date:

• Monday mornings - 06:30-07:30 at Archway
• Tuesday evenings - 18:30-20:00 at Archway
• Wednesday mornings - 06:30-07:30 at Archway
• Friday mornings - 07:30-09:00 at Stratford Park

Stratford Park are currently unable to offer the Sunday morning slot as they are not yet operating to their normal timetable. Once their timetable returns to normal the Stratford Park session will revert to Sunday mornings and the Friday session will move to Archway.

If you wish to attend any of the club sessions please ensure that you complete the Return to Swimming questionnaire link that has been e-mailed. You will not be able to swim unless you have completed the questionnaire online. Please read the questions carefully as not all of them can be answered by selecting no!

A further e-mail will be sent to confirm the start date for sessions once the government has given the go ahead for indoor adult group sports. We look forward to seeing you back in the pool.

Stroud Masters will be holding its AGM on Monday 22nd February 2021 at 18:30.

Unlike previous years, this meeting will be going ahead via Zoom.

If you would like to take part then please let me know by 14th February so that you can be sent the relevant documents and a link to join.

The Club AGM is to be held on Monday 22nd February at 6.30 pm via Zoom. Details of how to log in and relevant documents will be circulated nearer the time.

Attached is a form for nominations to the committee and if you wish to stand for any of the positions please complete and return it by the 31st January with your details. If you have any questions about any of the roles don't hesitate to contact a committee member. For information, the current Committee positions are as follows:

• Chair
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Elected Members (maximum of three)
• Co-Opted Members (maximum of three)

Role descriptions are available on the Committee section of the Club web-site.

Please send me details of any resolutions you may wish to put forward at the AGM by the 31st January.

Dear Swimmers,

With yesterday's announcement from the government that Gloucestershire has entered tier 4, there will unfortunately be no swimming club sessions for the foreseeable future. We will be in touch with an update once we are in a position to be able to do so.

Hello Everyone

Unfortunately I've just had confirmation that the refurb work at the pool will be starting next week so there won't be any sessions at Archway until the New Year at the earliest.

Just to confirm that we will be starting back on Friday at SPLC (7.30-9.00am) and on Monday at Archway (6.30-7.30am).

There will be two sessions per week at Archway (Monday and Wednesday) and one session per week at SPLC (Friday).

There may be some disruption to the Archway sessions in the New Year as they are planning a refurb. Will advise as soon as there is more news,

Dear All,

Following the government's announcement yesterday regarding the closure of all leisure facilities from 5th November, the last club swimming session will be on Wednesday morning.

We will update you with further developments as we receive them.

Hello Everyone

The early morning sessions (6.30 to 7.30am) on Monday and Wednesday will resume at Archway from 21st September. We plan to keep the current SPLC session on a Friday morning (7.30 to 9.00 am) going as it stands at the moment until we get our normal Sunday slot back when we'll revert to three morning sessions at Archway. The SPLC session will remain on a rota basis however the Archway sessions won't be rota based unless we get a sudden surge of interest.

The cost for the Archway sessions are £5 payable after the session into the Club account or you can set up an SO (for the morning sessions only) at the previous rates i.e.

• 3 sessions / week = £45 monthly,
• 2 sessions / week = £33 monthly,
• 1 session / week = £17 monthly.

If you set an SO up can you let me know please.

As soon as I hear more about the resumption of sessions on a Tuesday evening I'll let you know.
