A new British Record for Jessica of 19:28.71 in the 1500m freestyle at the Swim Wales Masters Long Course Championships!

In other less exciting news, Jessica also got a 1st in the 200m freestyle and a 2nd in the 200m breaststroke. Meanwhile, Mark was 3rd in the 100m breaststroke, 6th in the 200m freestyle and 7th in the 100m freestyle.
